Registration can be done by either:

(1) Completing the on-line application form below, AND submitting the Hotel Reservation Form to us by Email.

      OR

(2) Returning the Registration Form to us by Email.

If your registration has been accepted, we will acknowledge your registration and inform you about the hotel reservation status within 7 working days upon receiving your registration.

* No registration fee is required.
*Participants attending talks only do not have to register.
