Accommodation

We have booked some rooms in Robert Black College and Hotel JEN at special room rates for the participants joining our Workshop. If you would like to enjoy the special room rates, please let us know by completing the hotel reservation registration session in the Registration or Email us on or before 4 May 2009. The requests will be processed on the first come first served bases.

* Please note that you are required to pay the room fees by yourselves.

The above rates are subject to 10% service charge, but 30% less Academic Discount could be offered to the room fee if if the room is booked through us.

The current immigration authority suggests that the situation in 2009 would not be much different from that before the "Hand Over". That means,

(B) From Train Station to Hotel JEN/ Robert Black College (RBC)

If you get off at the East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, you may take the MTR to the Central Station and change a taxi. Remember to specify to the driver that the hotel is in the Western District. It takes about 10 minutes and costs about HK$40 (US$5).

If you get off at the Hung Hom Station, you are already at one end of the Cross Harbour Tunnel. EITHER

1. Take the bus No. 101 or 104 to cross the tunnel to the Hong Kong Island. Get off at the Yat Fu Lane Station and walk backward; OR

2. Take a taxi and specify to the driver that the hotel is in the Western District. It takes about 30 minutes and costs about HK$100 including tunnel fees.
