本论坛由香港大学-中国科学院大学理论与计算物理联合研究所香港和北京分部共同承办。旨在促进青年物理学者互相的交流和讨论。不同于寻常的短平快形式的科学报告,我们主要集中于更为系统、全方位、由浅入深地讲解当前物理的各个前沿方向。报告人主要是目前活跃于科研一线的年轻学者。
This forum is hosted by the HKU-UCAS Joint Institute of Theoretical and Computational Physics at Hong Kong and Beijing. It aims to promote interchanges and discussions among young physicists. Different from ordinary scientific reports in the short, simple and quick form, we mainly focus on explaining and introducing various frontier directions of current physics in a more systematic, all-round way and from the shallower to the deeper. The speakers are mainly young scholars who are currently active in the front line of scientific research.
李萌远,2019年本科毕业于中山大学,2019年至今于中山大学就读博士研究生。研究兴趣主要集中在分形子拓扑序以及拓扑序和量子信息的关联方面。

Li received his undergraduate degree from Sun Yat-sen
University (SYSU) in 2019, and he has been studying as a graduate student in
SYSU since 2019. His current research interest is about fracton
topological order and the interplay between topological orders and quantum
information.
周成康,香港大学在读博士研究生,其研究兴趣是量子多体系统的理论和数值研究,包括量子磁学、具有分形序的拓扑系统,以及开发量子蒙特卡罗
复杂量子自旋系统中的算法。 通过应用大规模量子蒙特卡罗模拟和SAC方法,他研究了量子自旋系统中的各种新现象,包括具有第一类分形子序的X立方体模型中的次维激发及其光谱,以及 受子系统对称性保护的二维集群模型。
Zhou
Chengkang has been studying as a graduate student in
the university of Hong Kong since 2019. His research interests are the
theoretical and numerical investigation of quantum many-body systems, including
quantum magnetism, topological systems with fracton
order, and developing the Quantum Monte Carlo algorithm in the complex quantum
spin systems. Via applying the large-scale quantum Monte Carlo simulation and
the SAC method, he investigated various novel phenomenon in quantum spin
systems, including subdimensional excitations and
their spectrum in the X-cube model with the type-I fracton
orders, and the topological phase in 2D cluster model protected by the
subsystem symmetry.
