Registration (Registration Deadline: 2 Jan 2019; Hotel Reservation Deadline: 19 Dec 2018)

Registration can be done by either:

(1) Completing the on-line application form below, AND submitting the Hotel Reservation Form to us by Email.

      OR

(2) Returning the Registration Form to us by Email (Lunch Menu).

We will acknowledge your registration and inform you about the hotel reservation status within 5 working days upon receiving your registration.

* Non-local participants are required to pay a registration fee of HKD 2000, which includes the conference lunches, banquet and refreshments. If financial support is necessary, please write to Miss Navis Lau and the Organizing Committee will consider the requests case by case.

* Local students are required to pay a refreshment fee of HKD 1000 to join the conference lunches and banquet.

* Participants attending talks only do not have to registration.
