Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Physical Sciences, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with at least 2 to 5 years of technical support experience. Applicants should have good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, passion and interest in instrumentation and machining, and be well adapted to teamwork. Experience in providing technical support to physical science or engineering laboratory will be advantageous. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Condensed Matter Physics. Experience in numerical techniques and analytical field-theoretical approaches is desirable. Applicants who are in the process of completing a Ph.D. degree will also be considered. The appointee will work with Prof. Zi Yang Meng to conduct research on computational and theoretical condensed matter physics.
